Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Psychological Counseling

Abstract

Globalization and developments through world, rapid societal and economical changes in structures
effect the needs, expectancies and interests of people and employers, result in changes and new
perspectives. This position bring along acceleration to the creative and entrepreneurial applications
both in scientific and technological areas and also in social, educational and vocational areas. In this
study, the investigation of the creative and entrepreneurial applications through psychological
counseling and guidance profession is aimed because as a helping profession, it is important to
organize educational activities, to enhance personal and vocational developments in consistent with
new and chancing needs. Thus, litertaure review is used and a) the concept of creativity, the nature of
creativity in counseling, creative techniques that can be used in counseling process and the scope of
creativity education to counselors and trainees; b) the concept of entrepreneurship, the nature of
entrepreneurship in counseling, entrepreneur techniques that can be used in counseling process and
the scope of entrepreneurship education to counselors and trainees are introduced and defined
relatively. Results assert important suggestions for enhancing creative and entrepreneur projects,
activities and techniques for both the psychological counselors working in different settings, and also
for the undergraduate and post graduate counselor trainees.

Yaratıcılık, Girişimcilik ve Psikolojik Danışma

Abstract

Gelişen ve küreselleşen dünyada toplumsal ve ekonomik yaşamdaki hızlı yapılanmaların etkisiyle
bireylerin ve işverenlerin istek, ilgi ve ihtiyaçları da her geçen gün değişmekte ve yeni bir boyut
kazanmaktadır. Bu durum hem bilimsel ve teknolojik alanda hem de sosyal, eğitimsel ve mesleki
alanlarda yaratıcı ve girişimci uygulamaların ivme kazanmasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu
çalışmada bireylerin eğitim faaliyetlerinin düzenlenmesinde, kişisel ve mesleki gelişimlerinin
sağlanmasında büyük ölçüde rol oynayan psikolojik danışmanlık mesleğindeki yaratıcı ve girişimci
süreç ve faaliyetlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda literatür taraması yolu ile a)
yaratıcılık, psikolojik danışmada yaratıcılık, psikolojik danışmada kullanılan yaratıcı teknikler,
psikolojik danışmada yaratıcılık eğitimi; b) girişimcilik, psikolojik danışmada girişimcilik, psikolojik
danışmada kullanılan girişimci teknikler ve psikolojik danışmada girişimcilik eğitimi konuları
sırasıyla tanıtılmaya ve tanımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuçlar, yaratıcı ve girişimci projeler, faaliyetler
ve uygulamalar geliştirilebilmesi için hem lisans hem lisansüstü eğitim gören psikolojik danışman adaylarına hem de alanda farklı kurum ve kuruluşlarda çalışan psikolojik danışmanlara yönelik
öneriler ileri sürmektedir.
