Farklı Bir Bakış Açısından İş ve Yaşam Doyumu Algılanan Örgütsel Destek ve Örgütsel Bağlılığın Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada farklı bir örneklem olan Geçici Köy Korucuları (GKK) üzerinde iş ve yaşam doyumu değişkenlerinin öncülleri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma koşulları, yaşam standartları ve algıların iş ve yaşam doyum düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla öncelikle yazında iş ve yaşam doyumunun öncülleri ile ilgili araştırmalar özetlenmiş, daha sonra konuya farklı bir bakış açısından bakılarak GKK’ların iş ve yaşam doyumlarının yazınla uyum gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Çalışmada önerilen kavramsal model Şırnak ilinde görev yapan 250 GKK üzerinde test edilmiştir. Yapısal eşitlik modeli analizleri sonucunda, GKK’ların algıladıkları örgütsel destek (devlet desteği) ve örgüte (devlete) bağlılıklarının iş ve yaşam doyumları ile olumlu yönde ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca yaşam doyumunun büyük ölçüde algılanan örgütsel destek ve örgüte olan bağlılıktan etkilendiği, iş doyumu değişkeninin ise bu etkileşime kısmi aracılık yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Son olarak GKK’ların iş ve yaşam doyumları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Bulgular kuramsal önemi ve pratik uygulamaları açısından tartışılmaktadır.
