Amaç: Bu çalışma, diyabetli gebelerin internet kullanımları ve internet yoluyla karar alma durumlarını incelemek amacıyla yapıldı.
Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tasarımda gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın örneklemini X Devlet Hastanesi Kadın Doğum Polikliniği ve Gebe Okulu’nda takip edilen 179 diyabetli gebe oluşturdu. Veriler, 1 Mart 2022 - 1 Mayıs 2022 tarihleri arasında “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Gebelerde İnternet Yoluyla Karar Alma (GİYKA) Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, One-way ANOVA ve post hoc multiple comparisons test, Mann-whitney-U ile Independent Samples t parametrik testleri; Kruskall Wallis H testi ile ileri uygulama Mann Whitney-U non-parametrik testleri ve sayılarla yüzdelik dağılımlar kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Diyabetli gebelerin internet yoluyla karar aldıkları (%44.7), cep telefonu ile internete erişim sağladıkları (%95.5), bilgiye erişimin kolay olması nedeniyle (%74.3) her gün internet kullandıkları (%75.4) belirlendi.

Objective: This study was conducted to examine the internet use and decision-making status of pregnant women with diabetes.
Method: The sample of this descriptive and cross-sectional study consisted of 179 pregnant women with diabetes followed in the X State Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient Clinic and Pregnant School. Data were collected between 1 March 2022 and 1 May 2022 using the "Personal Information Form" and the “Decision Making Scale via Internet on Pregnancy (GİYKA)”. In the evaluation of the data, One-way ANOVA and post hoc multiple comparisons test, Mann-whitney-U and Independent Samples t parametric tests; Advanced application with Kruskall Wallis H test, Mann Whitney-U non-parametric tests and percentage distributions with numbers were used.
Results: It was determined that pregnant women with diabetes made decisions via the internet (44.7%), accessed the internet via mobile phones (95.5%), and used the internet every day (75.4%) due to the easy access to information (74.3%). The mean GİYKA scale total score of pregnant women with diabetes was found to be 32.64±8.11, the mean score of the "perception of self-efficacy" sub-dimension was 15.58±4.10, and the mean score of the "perception of self-control" sub-dimension was 17.06±4.52. A statistically significant difference was found between the diabetes type and gestational week of the pregnant women and the mean GİYKA scale total score (p<0.001), and between the income perception level of the pregnant women and the GİYKA scale mean rank (p<0.05).
Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that the majority of pregnant women with diabetes use the internet every day and make high decisions through the internet.
