BLOK ZİNCİR TABANLI ARAMA MOTORLARI VE GÜNDELİK YAŞAMDA KULLANIMI

Abstract

Veri çeşidi ve miktarındaki hızlı artış arama motorlarının gündelik hayatımızda temel başvuru aracı olarak yerini almasını sağlamıştır. Ancak merkezi kontrole olanak sağlayan geleneksel arama motorları bir yandan bilgiye erişimimizi kolaylaştırırken diğer yandan da kullanıcı açısından gizlilik ve güvenlik kaygılarını da beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu kaygılar ademi merkezi yapıdaki, kullanıcılarının gizlilik ve güvenliğinin ön planda olduğu topluluk odaklı blok zincir tabanlı arama motorlarının alternatif olarak ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Çalışmada bütünleştirici literatür incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak blok zincir tabanlı arama motorlarının geleneksel merkezi arama motorlarından farkı, veri gizliliği ve güvenliğinin sağlanması ile iş yapış biçimlerine etkisi tartışılarak blog zincir tabanlı arama motorlarının gündelik yaşamda kullanımına ilişkin bir çerçeve çizilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Blok zincir tabanlı arama motorları ademi merkezi yapılarıyla ve kullanıcıya verilerinin kontrolünü vererek kişisel mahremiyet, veri gizliliği ve güvenliği konusunda yeni bir dönemi işaret etmektedir. Özellikle verilerin izinsiz bir şekilde ticari amaçlı kullanımının, siyasi nedenlerle bilgiye erişimin engellenmesi ya da sansürün önüne geçilmesi ve tekelleşmenin önlenmesi açısından blok zincir tabanlı arama motorları iletişim ve etkileşim ile iş yapış biçimlerinde önemli bir alternatif olarak belirmektedir. Merkeziyetsiz blok zincir tabanlı arama motorlarının toplumsal yaşamda kullanımına ilişkin çizilecek çerçevenin literatüre katkı sağlayarak alandaki diğer çalışmalara kaynak olabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
