A RESEARCH ON KONYA HYDRAULIC INDUSTRY AIMED AT MEASURING INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL INTERACTION IN LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

Changes in environmental conditions played an important role in the emergence of learning organizations. As environmental conditions are constantly changing, businesses need dynamic organizational innovation capacity, well-trained human resources, customer orientation and total quality philosophy that can adapt to these conditions. The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of the needs of individual and organizational learning in order to sustain the continuity in the business life of the companies competing with their internal and external competitors in our increasingly globalized world. In this study, the relationship between learning organizations and organizational communication performance within the organization is tried to be handled as a whole. Firstly, the concept of learning organizations is examined and then the organizational culture and intra-organizational communication are explained. In the next section, the relationship of the issues mentioned is emphasized and the study is completed with the details of a research carried out on 5 companies operating in the industrial sector in Konya
