ÇATIŞMA YÖNETİM STİLLERİNİN GÖREV PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bireylerarası çatışma, bireylerin tercih ettikleri sonuçlar, tutumlar, değerler ve davranışlarla ilgili olarak

birbirlerine karşı olduklarını düşünen iki veya daha fazla kişiyle ilgilidir. Çatışma yönetimi stilleri, bireylerin

çatışmayla başa çıkarken kullanmayı tercih ettikleri özel davranış kalıpları olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Beş farklı

çatışma yönetimi tarzı vardır: bütünleştirmeci, kaçınmacı, ödün verici, hükmedici, uzlaşmacı. Bu çalışmanın

amacı, bu çatışma yönetimi stillerinin görev performansı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışmanın örneklemi

Nevşehir’deki üç, dört ve beş yıldızlı otellerde gıda ve içecek departmanı çalışanlarından oluşmaktadır. Veriler bir

anket kullanılarak toplanmış ve çalışma sonunda toplam 139 kullanılabilir anket elde edilmiştir.

Regresyon analizinin sonuçlarına göre, “bütünleştirici ve hükmedici tarz”, görev performansını olumlu

yönde etkilerken, “kaçınmacı tarz” olumsuz
