Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, grafiksel karar verme
tekniklerinden olan Karar Ağacı ve Değerleme Ağının bir lojistik işletmesinin
filo araç temini kararında uygulanmasıdır. Her iki teknik yardımıyla firmanın
en iyi kararı vermesi ve bu kararın karar paydaşlarına açıklanması için
yardımcı araç olarak karar ağacı ve değerleme ağı yaklaşımlarının kullanımının
faydaları gösterilmiştir.

Abstract
The main purpose of this study to pass information about of graphical decision techniques that can be used
in business decisions namely Decision Tree and Valuation Network and to investigate the applicability of the
techniques to vehicle purchasing behaviour of a logistics firm. In this context, it is also tried to show weak and
strong sides of the two graphical decision techniques.
