ÖĞRETMENLERDE SESSİZ İSTİFA ÖLÇEĞİ: BİR GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin sessiz istifa davranış düzeylerini ortaya koymaya yönelik olarak psikometrik nitelikleri güçlü bir ölçme aracı geliştirme amaçlanmıştır. Geçerlik kapsamında; kapsam geçerliği için uzman değerlendirmeleri rasyonel yaklaşım temelinde sürdürülmüş, yapı geçerliliği için açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA), doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ve yakınsak geçerlik analizleri yürütülmüştür. Güvenirlik için ise ortaya çıkan üç alt faktörün Cronbach Alpha katsayılarına bakılmış ve CR birleştirici güvenirlik belirleme tekniklerine başvurulmuştur. Madde oluşturma sürecinde 48 maddelik ön deneme formu oluşturulmuştur. Ön deneme formu araştırmanın birinci çalışma grubunu oluşturan 391 öğretmene uygulanarak AFA sayıltıları test edilmiş, öz değerler, yamaç eğim grafiği ve Horn paralel analizi ile faktör sayısına karar verilmiştir. “İşe ilişkin performans”, “okula karşı ilgisizlik” ve “işe ilişkin duyarsızlaşma” olarak üç faktörlü ve 17 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin son formu oluşturulmuştur. Ölçeğin açıklanan toplam varyansı %58,64’tür. Üç faktörlü ölçek yapısının Cronbach Alpha katsayıları ise alt boyutlar bazında sırayla 0.85, 0.83, 0,74 olarak hesaplanmıştır. DFA için 17 maddelik nihai form birinci çalışma grubundan bağımsız olan 360 katılımcıya uygulanmıştır. Üç faktörlü yapının DFA bulguları model veri uyumunun sağlandığı ve madde standart yüklerinin 0,33 ile 0,89 aralığında değiştiği, tüm maddelerin t değerlerinin anlamlı olduğu, CR katsayılarının ve yakınsak geçerlik için elde edilen açıklanan ortalama varyans (AVE) değerlerinin istenen büyüklüklerde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgulardan yola çıkılarak, sessiz istifa ölçeğinin, bilimsel ve psikometrik açıdan güvenilir ve geçerli olduğu söylenebilir.
