AN EVALUATION ON THE CONCEPTUAL AND THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF ORGANIZATIONAL PRIDE

Abstract

Human beings, by their nature, are affected by various environmental factors and can shape the factors that affect them with their emotions. One of these emotions is pride. The affected and affecting position of the human being in the working environment continues. Therefore, pride gains an organizational dimension and importance. In addition, organizational pride is an important factor that enables the human resources in the business to behave positively. In this context, by examining the conceptual and theoretical framework of organizational pride within the framework of national and international literature within the scope of the study; It is aimed to reveal the individual and organizational antecedents that contribute to the formation of organizational pride and empirical studies related to organizational pride have been evaluated in the literature.

ÖRGÜTSEL GURURUN KAVRAMSAL VE KURAMSAL ÇERÇEVESİ ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

İnsan, doğası gereği çeşitli çevresel faktörlerden etkilenen ve kendisi etkileyen faktörleri duyguları ile şekillendirebilen bir varlıktır. Bu duygulardan birisi de gururdur. Çalışma ortamında da insanın etkilenen ve etkileyen konumu devam etmektedir. Dolayısıyla gurur örgütsel bir boyut ve önem kazanmaktadır. Ayrıca örgütsel gurur işletmedeki insan kaynağının olumlu davranışlarda bulunmasını sağlayan önemli bir faktördür. Bu bağlamda çalışma kapsamında ulusal ve uluslararası literatür çerçevesinde örgütsel gururun kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevesi incelenerek; örgütsel gururun oluşmasına katkı sağlayan bireysel ve örgütsel öncellerin ortaya konulması amaçlanmış ve alanyazında örgütsel gurur ile ilgili yapılmış ampirik çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir.
