Üç Bileşenli Tutum Modeli Temelinde ‘Hekimlik Mesleği Tutum Ölçeği’: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Literatürde
hekimlik mesleği tutumu ölçeklerinin sınırlı olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenle
bu araştırmada, bireylerin hekimlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını üç bileşenli
tutum modeli temelinde geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmesi
amaçlanmıştır.



Yöntem: Bu araştırma bir üniversitenin tıp fakültesine
devam eden 442 tıp fakültesi öğrencisi üzerinde yürütülmüştür.
Araştırmada veriler, 28’i
olumlu; 12’si olumsuz 40 maddeden oluşan
taslak ölçeğin uygulanmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Taslak ölçek maddelerinin madde ayırt ediciliğini
belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon analizi; taslak ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi;
ölçeğin ölçüm güvenirliği için Cronbach Alpha iç-tutarlılık katsayısı
kullanılmıştır.



Bulgular: Araştırmada temel
bileşenler ve Horn’un paralel analizi sonucunda varyansın %50.11’ini açıklayan öz-değeri 1’in üzerinde üç faktörlü yapı elde
edilmiştir.
Doğrulayıcı faktör
analizi sonrasında ise
standart
uyum değerleri kapsamında, açımlayıcı faktör analizinde modellenen faktör
yapısı doğrulanmıştır
. Ölçeğin ölçüm güvenirliği, Cronbach
Alpha iç-tutarlılık katsayısı .78 ile .81 arasındadır.
Hekimlik Mesleği Tutum Ölçeği, (i) Bilişsel
Tutum, (ii) Duygulanımsal Tutum ve (iii) Davranışsal Tutum olmak üzere
üç
faktör içinde yer alan 18 maddeden oluşmakta olup ölçek 5’li Likert
skalasındadır.



Sonuç: Araştırmada elde edilen verilere göre
geliştirilen ölçek, bireylerin hekimlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmede
kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olup hekimlik
mesleği tutumlarına yönelik çalışmalara da kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir.
