INNOVATION ENVIRONMENT OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Year 2014, Volume: 183 Issue: 183, 51 - 78, 01.04.2014

Abstract

Status of various dimensions (support of superior, award motivation, presence and service of available resources, support of the affiliated team and the environment) of organizational atmosphere in support of the students’ innovational activities in Turkish universities is analyzed in our study. A survey activity was conducted on 728 students from 8 universities nationwide to define the innovation atmosphere. It is determined that the support of management, the affiliated team and the environment is at good levels, however the universities are found unsuccessful at providing resources to the students and at motivating them with proper rewards. Also, we found that the foundation universities offer higher levels of an innovative environment to students in all dimensions than the state universities.

YENİLİKÇİLİK AÇISINDAN ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN ORTAMI

Year 2014, Volume: 183 Issue: 183, 51 - 78, 01.04.2014
