Abstract
Türkiye’de Kürt kimliğine yönelik siyasal söylem, bir dizi eksiklikle birlikte meselenin tarihsel ve sosyo-politik niteliğini gizleyen veya reddeden bir dizi tanımlama ihyasıyla şekillenmiştir. Söz konusu eksik teşhisin ikame edici bir boyutu da “kardeşlik” ve “din kardeşliği” söylemidir. Bu çalışmada, İslamcı muhafazakâr siyasetin kardeşlik ve din kardeşliği motifinin Kürt kimliğine yönelik politik diskurun temel bütünleştirici argümanı olduğunu ve söz konusu kimliği ulusal siyasal yapıyla kaynaştırmanın yegâne harcı olarak işlev gördüğünü öne sürüyoruz. Bu çerçevede çalışma, AK Parti’nin kardeşlik ve din kardeşliği motiflerinden hareketle, sosyopolitik ve kültürel alanda kuşatıcı olmayı hedefleyen hemhâllik söylemlerini Kürt sorunu ekseninde irdelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Eleştirel söylem analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada, Muhafazakâr siyasetin bütünleştirici söylem stratejisinin farklılık ve etnik çeşitliliği ikinci plana iterek homojenleştiren bir işlev gördüğü ve böylelikle rıza imal etme yoluna gittiği saptanmıştır.

The Discourse of Brotherhood and Religious Fellowship in the Conservative Politics of Turkey: AK Party Rallies
Abstract
The political discourse on Kurdish identity in Turkey has been shaped by a series of definitions that hide or deny the historical and socio-political nature of the issue, along with a number of missing parts. A substitute dimension of this lacking definition is the discourse of "brotherhood" and "religious brotherhood". The current study argues that the brotherhood and religious fellowship motif of Islamist conservative politics is the main integrating argument of the political discourse towards Kurdish identity and functions as the only way for fusing this identity with the national political structure. In this regard, the study aims to examine the fellowship discourse intending to be inclusive in socio-political and cultural area in terms of Kurdish issue based on the JDP's motifs of brotherhood and religious fellowship. In the study using critical discourse analysis method, it was determined that the integrative discourse strategy of the conservative politics has a function that homogenizes difference and ethnic diversity by pushing it to the second plan, and thus, it seeks to produce consent.
