In the health services sector, which is of great importance for the life of individuals, the concepts of efficiency and productivity play an important role in terms of service quality and patient satisfaction. The study aims to evaluate efficiencies of the cities in Turkey in terms of health indicators using Entropy based Data Envelopment Analysis Method. Input-output variables determined for Data Envelopment Analysis methods, are obtained from the 2014-2018 Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health Statistics Yearbook. In this regard, nine input and seven output variables are created based on health indicators of cities in Turkey. While determining the input-output variables, literature review and expert opinions are used. Weighted decision matrices for input and output variables are obtained by multiplying the input and output variable weights calculated by using Entropy for all cities and the average of those variables on cities basis. The edited data are then moved to DEAP 2.1. program and are analyzed according to CCR-I and BCC-I models. According to the result of DEA model for input made based on the health indicators of the cities; it is concluded that only one city out of 81 cities is ineffective.
