Between 1994-1998 he was a student at the University of Istanbul, English Language and Literature Department.


Uncular started teaching in 1998 and in the summer of 2000 went to the USA as a part of the reciprocal exchange program at the Clearpool Education Center in New York as the first Turkish citizen. Being away from Turkey for almost two years, Dr. M. Hasan Uncular continued his teaching career and also took part in many international conferances as a speaker and also consecutive and simultaneous translator.

Over 20 years Muhittin Hasan Uncular has been working as an instructor, author, consultant, HR and training executive. As a member of both IATA (International Air Transport Association) Human Resources Committee and Global Advisory Board and APDC (Airline Personnel Directors’ Council) Human Resources Development member, Mr. Uncular managed the commercial and ground handling trainings of Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy where hundreds of trainings on aviation, leadership, management, quality, personal development etc.have been designed and delivered. Uncular who has been delivering courses in different parts of the world for the middle and top level managers in the Human Resources Management and Performance Assessment and Management and various training and HR areas.


Many of his interviews, articles and translations were published in various publications. Dr. Uncular has 29 published books.

In his aviation searches which started since 2009, the issues related with training and HR have a significant place. Uncular who has also been a Global Training Advisory Board and HR Steering Committee member of IATA (International Air Transport Association) has been a speaker in many national and international events related with training, HR and aviation. Mr. Uncular is also a board member of ICAO, ALICANTO International Association of Aviation and Aerospace Education.

Mr. Uncular who has been assigned as a rater for the pilots’ language testing in Turkey by Turkish Directorate General Civil Aviation, got his Ph.D on Public Relations and Publicity.
