Bio
He worked as an art teacher between 2003 and 2020. He has also prepared and coordinated national and international projects for various NGOs and schools. He is interested in identifying social problems and working to minimise them, especially through art therapy.

ASEA Foundation in the Netherlands (Stichting USED Amsterdam Social Enterprise Agency).
In Curaçao, he was involved in the establishment of the Curaçao branch of the ASEA Foundation. HALLAÇ, who is a member of these four organisations, has continued his studies in art therapy, psychology and psycho-art in France since 2022.
