Aim & Scope

Abant Journal of Cultural Studies is aiming at creating genuine studies regarding cultural practices in particular, radio, cinema, television, public relation practices, new media research and journalism along with daily life practices, sociology, economics, politics, geography, anthropology. It also aims to contribute to social sciences by creating new discussions on unexplored areas with the interdisciplinary point of view.

Abant Journal of Cultural Studies which began its publication in 2016 is a blind peer-reviewed, publicly accessible electronic journal which is being published biannually in April and October by the Faculty of Communication, Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University. Academic studies which is determined by the editors to comply with the spelling rules of the journal are included in the blind peer review process. Publications such as articles, researches, reviews, translations and book reviews, written in Turkish or English is being prepared for publication after the peer review.
