Aim & Scope

Karadeniz Technical University Journal of Communication Research – focuses on systems, theories, methods and applications in communications. Original articles, reviews, case reports and book reviews on all aspects of communications are published to provide a global platform for scientific knowledge exchange among academic researchers, communication professionals and policy makers. Contributions are welcome from anthropology, philosophy, history, political sciences, psychology and all other fields, which have relevant and insightful comments about communications. The target group of the journal consists of academicians, researchers, professionals, students, related professional and academic bodies and institutions


ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Karadeniz Technical Univeristy Communication Research Journal was established in 2011 with in Karadeniz Technical University Communication Faculty. Karadeniz Technical University Research Journal, whose short name is E-kiad, continued its publication life on the website www.ilesimarastirmalari.com until 2019. Since 2019, E-Kiad has been carrying out academic activities on the Dergipark platform via the https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/e-kiad website.
Trabzon University was established as a result of the division of Karadeniz Technical University with the law numbered 7141 published in the Resmi Gazete dated 18.05.2018 and numbered 30425.
After this date, E-Kiad Journal started to carry out its activities within Trabzon University Communication Faculty. Although the publisher is currently regarded as Karadeniz Technical University, all rights of the journal are held by the Faculty of Communication of Trabzon University with the protocol signed.
