1) Manuscripts written in any of Turkish and English languages can be published in the journal. At the top of the manuscripts, Turkish abstract, article title written in English and English abstract should be given. Abstracts should be given in 9 point font and not exceed 200 words. The “abstract” as a title should be in the middle of the page. Manuscripts written in any of the above foreign languages, except Turkish, should contain Turkish abstract after the abstract written an any of the above foreign languages. At least two keywords should be after the abstract.

2) Submitted Articles should be unpublished original work and not submitted for publication elsewhere. The authors should include this information into their signed application. Publication process will not start if this contract is not given by author(s). The subjects of the manuscripts should be related with economics, business, finance, industrial relations and econometrics which are main topics of economics and administrative sciences.

3) The journal does not charge any article submission or processing charges.

4) Manuscripts should not exceed 25 pages.

5) All references should be cited in the text within the parenthesis (not in footnotes).

6) Explanations except referring to any publication should be given after references under the title of “notes” on a separate page.

7) All references should be listed on a separate page after “notes” under the “REFERENCES” title. The title “REFERENCE” should be written in the middle of the page. The last name of the author should be in capital letters and the first name of the author should not be shortened. The second and the other lines of every reference should begin 1,25 cm inside. The examples for references are given at the end of this text.

8) Articles should be in Windows Word 2010 format or in an extended version.

9) Article publication process is as follows:

        I) The title of the article should be in capital letters, should be in the middle of the page and be in bold. Introduction and conclusion should not be numbered. A line should be given before every title. The main sub titles should be classified as I, II, III… and in capital letters. Other sub titles should be classified as A,B,C…. , and written in capital letters. The other sub titles should be classified as 1,2,3,….and written in small letters.  The last sub titles should be classified as a,b, c,…and written in small letters.

        II) Page margins should be:

                     Top and bottom: 5cm

                     Right and left:4 cm

        III) Times New Roman, 11 point and single space should be used. For paragraphs, the first indentation  should be 1.25 cm and:

                      Before:6 point

                      After:0 point

        IV) Tables, figures and equations should be numbered consecutively. The reference of the tables and the figures should be given under the figure or the table.
