Aim & Scope

Pamukkale University Journal of Communication Sciences is an academic 'peer-reviewed' (double-blind referee process) publication and a journal that includes studies related to communication sciences and different disciplines related to communication sciences. In this direction, the journal includes practice, analysis, theory and thought-based research, etc. featured studies are included. Thus, the journal aims to contribute to the academic knowledge of the field of communication by publishing original and academic studies and to deliver the studies to academicians.

Pamukkale University Journal of Communication Sciences is a journal published twice a year. The journal publishes studies related to communication sciences (journalism, public relations, advertising, radio, television and cinema, new media, etc.) and different disciplines related to communication sciences. In this direction, the journal contains original research articles, compilation articles, book reviews, reviews of audiovisual studies and interviews that comply with scientific publication qualifications and publication principles. The journal has the features of being free-open access, academic, peer-reviewed (double-blind referee process) and electronic. Academic studies reaching the journal have the opportunity to be published with the positive report of at least two referees (double-blind reviewing method) after the preliminary evaluation of the editorial board.
